WAICC’s initiatives in our local communities include:
the Wolfville Area Food Bank;
the Refugee Support Network – Wolfville Area sponsorship of two Syrian refugee families;
financial support for school food programs and student school supplies;
financial support for families and individuals in need of emergency/special relief; and
Wolfville Area InterChurch Council’s Week of Prayer for Christian Unity Events – 20-minute worship at Manning Chapel, Monday to Friday, January 22 to 26 at 11:30 am followed by brown bag lunches and discussions on the themes below.
