Quaker “Open House” Sept 13th

Are you curious about Quakers and our way of worship?

Annapolis Valley Quakers warmly invite you to a special session designed for those who have not experienced a Quaker Meeting and would like to learn a little more about us. This event will be an opportunity to explore our traditions, experience a taste of Quaker worship, and connect with our community.

When and Where?
Sunday, September 13, 2026
10:30 AM
Lower Level of the Acadia University Chapel, Wolfville
Or on Zoom (contact us for the link)

What to Expect

  • A brief introduction to Quaker worship and what it means to us.
  • A shortened period of silent worship (30 minutes), giving you a chance to experience the heart of Quaker practice.
  • Reflections and Q & A: After worship, we’ll share thoughts and answer any questions you may have about Quaker spirituality, values, and practices.
  • Community Potluck: We’ll conclude with our monthly potluck meal, where you are warmly invited to join us and share in fellowship.

All are welcome! Whether you’re simply curious, exploring spirituality, or seeking community, we’d love to meet you.
